|Aha! The release note for October is on its way
In our current release note 6.139, which will be rolled out at the end of September (27.09.2021), you can see for yourself how small snippets of code can lead to a big “aha” moment. We can say this much already: our users will be thrilled about clever buttons, groundbreaking images and an admin feature in the cloud.
One for all and all for one!
It can be really annoying to have to individually select all Berlin’s districts when looking for an apartment. We have a solution for this. Or should we say a button? The easysquare forms now have a feature for selecting or deselecting all selection options at the click of a button or tap of a finger. This makes the selection of districts in large cities much more user-friendly. And needless to say, this feature can also be used in other application areas.

GDPR-compliant provision of information
As a landlord, you need certain data to assess and correctly process the potential rental relationship with future tenants. If potential tenants want to know what personal data about them has been stored, you can now use a standard form in easysquare to access and print all personal data relating to a potential tenant.

Making a yes-no decision within a split second? The choice for potential tenants is even easier and clearer thanks to default images for properties and for apartments that are no longer available. It’s now possible to see at a glance which apartments are no longer available or have already been let, leaving a clear view of the dream property!

Admin feature in the web portal
Have you been controlling the editing of your bulletin board posts centrally via your ERP system? There’s a new option now – via the browser in the easysquare portal. With the delivery of our generic bulletin board for your customer app, administration can now take place easily in the portal. Why not post an autumn greeting or the next partner offer while you’re out and about – just because you can!
