The easysquare tenant app has long established itself as the direct link between tenants and landlords. Requests can be easily submitted at any time. Contracts, statements and other important documents are always accessible. But the mobile application can bring properties so much more! The “My marketplace” area stands for district management, good neighbourhood relations and customer loyalty. An attractive new feature is now coming into the mix.

The marketplace is all about offers from sales partners. Creating a win-win situation with great discounts is obviously the logical thing to do. You can sustainably increase sales and turn tenants into satisfied customers. How is this possible? The answer: voucher codes! User-specific voucher codes can now be issued and redeemed quite easily in the marketplace. App users can collect the offers and view the discounts they’ve already redeemed under the “My vouchers” tab. Whether it’s a telephone provider, hardware store or pet supply store, users always have a clear overview and get excited about great offers.
How exactly are the voucher codes integrated?
The codes can be easily imported into the voucher forms via CSV or XML files. The respective voucher codes are customisable, so the image (e.g. the provider’s icon) or text (e.g. “get 25% discount now”) can be freely designed according to customer requirements.
